【摘要】: 在人類(lèi)文明的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步過(guò)程中,教育始終起主導(dǎo)和推動(dòng)作用。當(dāng)今世界,無(wú)論是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是不發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,都對(duì)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展予以關(guān)注。通過(guò)發(fā)展教育培養(yǎng)人才,推動(dòng)國(guó)家的興旺發(fā)達(dá)和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家所走過(guò)的一條共同之路。發(fā)展中國(guó)家在總結(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),也把科教興邦作為重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。與國(guó)家、社會(huì)對(duì)教育事業(yè)的重視程度相適應(yīng),產(chǎn)生了不同的教育教學(xué)模式。歷經(jīng)演變,班級(jí)授課制成為現(xiàn)代教育的主體模式,并在國(guó)內(nèi)外漫長(zhǎng)的歷史實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮了重大作用。 班級(jí)授課制的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷了漫長(zhǎng)的歷史過(guò)程,反映了教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,也是社會(huì)發(fā)展和人類(lèi)文明不斷進(jìn)步的產(chǎn)物。班級(jí)授課制這種基于學(xué)生共性要求的教學(xué)組織形式,能夠有效地利用教育資源,提高教育效果。特別是在以知識(shí)傳播為主體的現(xiàn)代教育時(shí)期,班級(jí)授課制仍有許多優(yōu)勢(shì),并在國(guó)內(nèi)外教育界受到重視。實(shí)踐證明,采取班級(jí)授課制這種教學(xué)組織形式,對(duì)于傳播新知識(shí)、傳授新理念和提高教學(xué)對(duì)象的整體素質(zhì),具有其他教學(xué)組織形式所無(wú)法替代的作用和優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 然而,班級(jí)授課制在產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展過(guò)程中,也存在許多缺陷,難以針對(duì)學(xué)生的個(gè)性特點(diǎn)因人施教,不利于調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生個(gè)體的積極性和專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)。特別是隨著現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的興起,社會(huì)開(kāi)放度日益提高,這種以“班、課、時(shí)”為主要特點(diǎn)的教學(xué)組織形式,越來(lái)越顯示出其本身的局限性。因而,國(guó)內(nèi)外許多專(zhuān)家學(xué)者提出了改進(jìn)班級(jí)授課制的意見(jiàn)和建議,一些學(xué)校和地區(qū),在改進(jìn)班級(jí)授課制方面進(jìn)行了許多有益的探索,如推廣小班教學(xué)、探索走班制度、實(shí)行分層教學(xué)、個(gè)性化輔導(dǎo),等等,使班級(jí)授課制在發(fā)展中日益完善。 班級(jí)授課制作為一種廣泛應(yīng)用的教學(xué)組織形式和教學(xué)制度,在德育教學(xué)中同樣發(fā)揮主體作用。在我國(guó),隨著以德治國(guó)方略的提出和改革開(kāi)放步伐的加快,加強(qiáng)德育教育的任務(wù)十分繁重。班級(jí)授課制這種教學(xué)制度,在普及德育知識(shí)和提高德育素質(zhì)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,但從適應(yīng)以德治國(guó)的需要以提高青少年道德素質(zhì)來(lái)說(shuō),班級(jí)授課制對(duì)提高德育效果還有許多局限。應(yīng)從德育教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要出發(fā),加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)班級(jí)授課制,發(fā)揮多種有效德育手段的輔助作用,提高中小學(xué)德育水平,進(jìn)而提高全民族道德素質(zhì)。 本文就班級(jí)授課制的歷史發(fā)展與德育改革問(wèn)題,通過(guò)尋找國(guó)內(nèi)外班級(jí)授課制的歷史發(fā)展軌跡,認(rèn)真地分析了班級(jí)授課制的主要特點(diǎn)和缺陷,并在探索國(guó)內(nèi)外班級(jí)授課制改進(jìn)的理論和實(shí)踐的前提下,闡述了班級(jí)授課制對(duì)思想道德教育的重大意義特別是改進(jìn)的思路。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development and progress of human civilization, education has always played a leading and promoting role. In today's world, both developed and underdeveloped countries pay close attention to the development of education. Promoting national prosperity and innovative development is a common path taken by developed countries. While summing up the successful experiences of developed countries, developing countries also regard science and education as an important development strategy. The society pays attention to the education cause adapts to the degree, has produced the different education teaching pattern. After the evolution, the class teaching system has become the modern education main body pattern, and has played the important role in the domestic and foreign long historical practice. The emergence and development of the class teaching system has experienced a long historical process, which reflects the inherent law of the development of education. It is also a product of the continuous progress of social development and human civilization. Class teaching, a form of teaching organization based on the common requirements of students, can effectively utilize educational resources. Especially in the period of modern education with knowledge dissemination as the main body, the class teaching system still has many advantages, and has been paid attention to in the field of education at home and abroad. Practice has proved that the class teaching system is adopted as the teaching organization form. To spread new knowledge, impart new idea and improve the whole quality of teaching object, it has the function and advantage that other teaching organization can't replace. However, in the course of the emergence and development of class teaching system, there are many defects, it is difficult to teach students' personality characteristics, which is not conducive to arousing students' enthusiasm and expertise, especially with the rise of modern network media. With the increasing openness of society, this kind of teaching organization, which is characterized by "class, class and hour", increasingly shows its own limitations. As a result, many experts and scholars at home and abroad have put forward suggestions and suggestions to improve the class teaching system. Some schools and regions have carried on many beneficial explorations in improving class teaching system, such as popularizing small class teaching, exploring walking class system, implementing stratified teaching, individualized tutoring, and so on, which makes the class teaching system perfect day by day in the development of class teaching system. Class teaching production is a widely used teaching organization and teaching system, which also plays a main role in moral education teaching. In our country, with the development of the strategy of governing the country by virtue and the quickening of the pace of reform and opening up, The teaching system of class teaching plays an important role in popularizing moral education knowledge and improving moral education quality, but in order to adapt to the need of governing the country by virtue and to improve the moral quality of young people, the task of strengthening moral education is very heavy. The class teaching system has many limitations to improve the effect of moral education. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the class teaching system in order to improve the level of moral education in primary and secondary schools, so as to give play to the auxiliary role of various effective means of moral education, and to improve the moral education level of primary and secondary schools. And then improve the moral quality of the whole nation. Based on the historical development of the class teaching system and the reform of moral education, this paper analyzes the main characteristics and defects of the class teaching system by looking for the historical development track of the class teaching system at home and abroad. On the premise of exploring the theory and practice of the improvement of the class teaching system at home and abroad, this paper expounds the great significance of the class teaching system to the ideological and moral education, especially the thinking of improving the class teaching system.
