普通高中“信息公開”課程開發(fā)研究

【摘要】: 隨著新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的發(fā)展,在高中課程框架中,信息技術(shù)課程首次成為了技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的科目之一,無論從課程形態(tài)到課程理念、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容都有了較大的變化。從單純技能化傾向的計算機課程轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐耘囵B(yǎng)學(xué)生素養(yǎng)為目標(biāo)的信息技術(shù)課程,將信息科學(xué)、信息技術(shù)與信息社會融合在課程體系中。 本文試從信息社會中的“信息公開”研究入手,通過對學(xué)生調(diào)查和相關(guān)理論的研究,對“信息公開”納入高中信息技術(shù)課程進(jìn)行了可行性分析。開發(fā)了高中“信息公開”課程,提出了課程目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和方法等,對課程的實施提出了相關(guān)建議。針對“信息公開”課程設(shè)計了教學(xué)案例,進(jìn)行了教學(xué)實踐,為“信息公開”課程的教學(xué)提供了指導(dǎo)和建議。最后,期望通過本人的研究,能夠?qū)ⅰ靶畔⒐_”內(nèi)容納入到高中信息技術(shù)課程中,成為“信息技術(shù)與社會”模塊內(nèi)容的補充,為今后的信息技術(shù)課程改革提供借鑒。 第一部分重點論述了與“信息公開”相關(guān)的概念和理論,如信息、信息公開、政府信息公開、信息公開制度等。研究了國內(nèi)外政府信息公開的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了“信息公開”對社會發(fā)展的作用和意義,加深了“信息公開”對社會發(fā)展重要性的認(rèn)識,為下面的研究做了鋪墊。 第二部分通過對高中學(xué)生“信息公開”認(rèn)識現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和分析,了解當(dāng)前高中學(xué)生對“信息公開”及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的認(rèn)識,理清高中學(xué)生目前的“信息公開”意識現(xiàn)狀;通過調(diào)查,了解高中學(xué)生對“信息公開”課程的認(rèn)識和相關(guān)內(nèi)容的選擇,為課程的開發(fā)提供了借鑒。 第三部分通過對高中信息技術(shù)課程內(nèi)容的選擇和設(shè)置、高中學(xué)生心理發(fā)展和認(rèn)知水平的研究,進(jìn)行了“信息公開”納入課程的重要性和可行性分析,為“信息公開”課程開發(fā)提供了理論的依據(jù)。 第四部分通過以上的調(diào)查和理論分析,嘗試開發(fā)出高中“信息公開”課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法等,并提出了相關(guān)教學(xué)建議。 第五部分針對“信息公開”課程的開發(fā),設(shè)計了一個有關(guān)“信息公開”的教學(xué)案例,進(jìn)行了教學(xué)實踐,通過學(xué)生的反饋和評價,教師的評價和反思,為“信息公開”課程的教學(xué)提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。 第六部分總結(jié)出研究的結(jié)論和建議,為今后提出了進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new basic education curriculum reform, the information technology curriculum has become one of the subjects in the field of technology for the first time in the framework of the senior high school curriculum. The content has changed greatly from the computer course with the tendency of pure skill to the information technology course which aims at cultivating students' literacy. The information science, information technology and information society are merged into the curriculum system. This paper attempts to start with the study of "information openness" in the information society, through the investigation of students and the study of relevant theories. This paper analyzes the feasibility of integrating "information openness" into high school information technology curriculum, develops the course of "information disclosure" in senior high school, and puts forward the course objectives, contents and methods, etc. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the implementation of the course, designs the teaching case for the course "Information openness", carries on the teaching practice, provides the instruction and the suggestion for the "Information Open" course teaching. The content of "information disclosure" can be incorporated into the information technology curriculum of senior high school, and become the supplement of the module of "information technology and society", which can provide a reference for the future information technology curriculum reform. The first part focuses on the concepts and theories related to "information disclosure", such as information, information disclosure, government information disclosure, information disclosure system and so on. This paper analyzes on the role and significance of "information publicity" in social development, deepens the understanding of the importance of "information publicity" to social development, and paves the way for the following research. In the second part, through the investigation and analysis of the current understanding of "information disclosure" among senior high school students, the author finds out the current understanding of "information disclosure" and related laws and regulations among senior high school students, and clarifies the current situation of high school students' awareness of "information openness"; Through the investigation, we can find out the students' understanding of the course of "Information openness" and the choice of the relevant contents, which provides a reference for the development of the curriculum. The third part analyzes the importance and feasibility of "information disclosure" into the curriculum through the selection and setting of information technology curriculum content, the psychological development and cognitive level of senior high school students. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of the course "Information openness". Through the above investigation and theoretical analysis, the 4th part tries to develop the teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods of the course "Information openness" in senior high school, and puts forward some relevant teaching suggestions. In the 5th part, according to the development of the course of "Information openness", a teaching case of "Information openness" is designed, and the teaching practice is carried out. Through the feedback and evaluation of students, the evaluation and reflection of teachers, To provide reference and guidance for the teaching of the course "Information openness". Part 6th summarizes the conclusions and suggestions of the research, and puts forward the direction of further research in the future.
