【摘要】：高校教師作為特殊群體,擔(dān)負著為國家建設(shè)和社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)人才及知識創(chuàng)新等重要任務(wù),同時也承受著來自社會、工作、家庭和職業(yè)發(fā)展等方面的諸多壓力,引起了很多心理健康問題。然而,長期以來,國家各教育機構(gòu)和高校管理者都非常重視對高校教師的知識水平、教學(xué)和科研能力等的培養(yǎng)和提高,但對其心理健康卻缺乏應(yīng)有的關(guān)注。本文針對高校教師職業(yè)心理健康投資存在的問題,提出了具體可行的對策,具有較強的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As a special group, college teachers shoulder the important tasks of cultivating talents and knowledge innovation for national construction and social development. At the same time, they also bear many pressures from society, work, family and professional development, etc. However, for a long time, all educational institutions and university administrators in our country have attached great importance to the training and improvement of teachers' knowledge, teaching and scientific research ability, etc. However, there is a lack of due attention to their mental health. This paper puts forward concrete and feasible countermeasures against the problems existing in the investment of college teachers' occupational mental health, which has a strong practical significance.
