【摘要】：正黨的十六屆六中全會通過的《中共中央關于構建社會主義和諧社會若干重大問題的決定》指出,要"促進教育公平",并"落實國家助學貸款政策"。但是,國家助學貸款機制面臨的困難形勢要求我們大膽而穩(wěn)妥地進行制度創(chuàng)新。而助學貸款證券化就是一條重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues concerning the Construction of a harmonious Socialist Society", adopted by the sixth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, points out that it is necessary to "promote education equity" and "implement the national policy on student loans". The difficult situation that the national student loan mechanism faces requires us to carry on the system innovation boldly and steadily, and the securitization of student loan is an important way.
