【摘要】： 本論文研究是一項(xiàng)理科教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的實(shí)證研究。研究的內(nèi)容分為三個(gè)大的部分：一是教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的研究；二是教師教學(xué)方式的研究；三是評(píng)價(jià)觀與教學(xué)方式的相關(guān)性研究。第一部分將同時(shí)采用質(zhì)的與量的研究方法。首先采用質(zhì)的研究方法。具體地說(shuō)，就是采用現(xiàn)象描述分析學(xué)的研究方法，以廣東省佛山市南海區(qū)4所中學(xué)的16名物理教師作為訪談對(duì)象，系統(tǒng)收集并整理訪談資料，歸納整理出教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的不同類型，并以此作為建立教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的理論模型的原始依據(jù)。同時(shí)，訪談資料中呈現(xiàn)的教師對(duì)于某些具體問題的典型回答，將成為量的研究中“教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀問卷”設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀研究中的量的方法，主要采用問卷調(diào)查的方式進(jìn)行。研究工具采用自行編制的《理科教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀問卷》。第二部分關(guān)于教師教學(xué)方式的實(shí)證研究，主要采用量的方法。使用的研究工具是經(jīng)過(guò)漢化處理的、由澳大利亞的Trigwell教授和Prosser教授共同編制的《理科教師教學(xué)方式問卷》。第三部分關(guān)于教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀與教學(xué)方式的相關(guān)性研究，，也將采用量的方法。 論文包括四個(gè)部分。第一部分為研究的背景，包括導(dǎo)言和文獻(xiàn)綜述。主要介紹論文選題的意義、研究的總體設(shè)計(jì)。并詳細(xì)回顧介紹與本論文研究相關(guān)的研究成果以及本論文研究將要采用的質(zhì)的研究方法——現(xiàn)象描述分析學(xué)。第二部分為研究的方法。包括本論文研究的設(shè)計(jì)、本論文研究將要使用的質(zhì)的研究的具體方法和量的研究的具體方法。具體來(lái)說(shuō)，就是詳細(xì)介紹本論文研究樣本的基本情況、研究的具體問題以及研究的詳細(xì)過(guò)程及階段劃分，以及論文研究中的資料收集與分析方法、問卷的編制方法、檢測(cè)方法和量化資料的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。第三部分為研究的結(jié)果。包括三個(gè)內(nèi)容：一是教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的質(zhì)的研究結(jié)果，主要形式是教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的分類；二是教師學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)觀的量的研究結(jié)果，主要形式是教師評(píng)價(jià)觀在各個(gè)維度上的量化資料；三是教師教學(xué)方式的量化資料及其與評(píng)價(jià)觀之間的相關(guān)分析結(jié)果。第四部分是結(jié)論與討論。主要是研究結(jié)果的綜述、研究的方法論意義、研究效度與倫理問題的討論以及研究的局限和需要進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper is an empirical study on the evaluation of science teachers' academic view. The research content is divided into three parts: one is to study the concept of teachers' academic evaluation; the two is the study of teachers' teaching methods; three is the relationship between evaluation and teaching methods. The first part of the study method will be used at the same time and quality the amount of the first. Using qualitative research methods. Specifically, is the description of the phenomenon research methodology analysis, 4 middle schools in Guangdong Province, Nanhai District of Foshan City, the 16 physical teachers as interview object, system to collect and organize the interview data, summarizes the different types of teachers' conceptions of assessment, and as based on the original model of teachers' academic evaluation. At the same time, the typical answer presented interviews of teachers for some specific problems, teachers will become the academic evaluation of the research on "Q The basic volume design. A method of research on Teachers' conceptions of assessment content, mainly by the way of questionnaire survey. The research tools developed to evaluate < science teachers' academic view questionnaire. The second part of the empirical research on Teachers' teaching methods, mainly uses the volume method. The research instrument used is finished processing the correlation study and teaching methods teaching mode of science teachers "jointly compiled by Professor Trigwell and Professor Prosser Australia. The third part questionnaire about teachers' academic evaluation, will also use the quantitative method.
This paper consists of four parts. The first part is about the background of the research, including the introduction and literature review. The thesis introduces the significance of the topic, the overall design of the study. And a detailed review of the research and introduces the related research results, this paper will use the qualitative method of Phenomenology. The second part as the research method. Including the design of this thesis, the specific method and specific research methods of this thesis will study the use of qualitative. Specifically, it is introduced the basic situation of the research samples, divide the detailed process and stage specific issues of research and study, data collection and analysis the method of this study, questionnaire compilation method, statistical method, detection method and quantitative data. The third part is the research results. Includes three contents: one is the teachers The results of the qualitative evaluation of industry outlook, the main form is the classification of teachers' conceptions of assessment; two is the results of teachers' conceptions of assessment content, mainly in the form of teachers' conceptions of assessment of quantitative data in various dimensions; three is the quantitative data in teaching methods and evaluation of correlation between the results of the analysis. Fourth part is the conclusion and discussion. The main research results are reviewed, the significance of research methods, the study on validity and ethical issues and discuss the limitations of the research and the problems that need further study.
