【摘要】: 青年教師是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的未來和希望。如何盡快熟悉教學(xué),少走彎路,學(xué)習(xí)、模仿、借鑒、掌握若干常用的教學(xué)模式,進(jìn)一步提升教學(xué)技能和教學(xué)質(zhì)量,這對(duì)于學(xué)校和新手教師本身都是一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻的課題;谛抡n程改革的背景,新手教師成長為合格教師乃至優(yōu)秀教師,僅僅依靠通常意義上的技能培訓(xùn)無法達(dá)成目標(biāo),必須在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中培養(yǎng)教學(xué)新手的實(shí)踐智慧。 本文從界定“新手教師”、“教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧”概念入手,分析了教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的主要特點(diǎn):情境性、復(fù)雜性、實(shí)踐性;探討了教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的主要表現(xiàn):教學(xué)行為的創(chuàng)新、教學(xué)機(jī)智的發(fā)揮、教學(xué)風(fēng)格的展示,結(jié)合自身的工作經(jīng)歷和學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì);提出了提升新手教師教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的一些具體實(shí)施策略。包括教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的培養(yǎng)途徑: (1)注重知識(shí)的建構(gòu)過程,體現(xiàn)知識(shí)生成的動(dòng)態(tài)性;(2)注重課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐培訓(xùn),強(qiáng)化教學(xué)行為的創(chuàng)新;(3)注重課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐的反思;(4)注重提升實(shí)踐性知識(shí);(5)注重自主教學(xué)管理,追求教學(xué)秩序的人文性。以及所在學(xué)校在提升新手教師教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧方面的一些有益嘗試:(1)教學(xué)實(shí)施的策略——實(shí)行師徒結(jié)對(duì),重視教學(xué)常規(guī)訓(xùn)練;(2)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的策略——“心中時(shí)刻有學(xué)生”,精心研究學(xué)生;(3)反思能力的培養(yǎng)——學(xué)會(huì)反思,學(xué)會(huì)合作。 對(duì)新手教師的培訓(xùn),要從單純的教學(xué)技能方法訓(xùn)練轉(zhuǎn)向教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的培養(yǎng),引導(dǎo)新手教師在教學(xué)行動(dòng)中不斷創(chuàng)新。而研究提升新手教師教學(xué)實(shí)踐智慧的策略,使他們能夠更快、更好地度過適應(yīng)期,盡快地提升自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng),有效提高教學(xué)實(shí)際能力和教育質(zhì)量,有著極其重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Young teachers are the future and hope of education. How to be familiar with teaching as soon as possible, to avoid detours, learning, imitation, learning and mastering some common teaching mode, to further improve the teaching skills and teaching quality, this is a serious issue for schools and new teachers. Based on the background of the new curriculum reform. The growth of novice teachers for qualified teachers and excellent teachers, only rely on the usual sense of skill training can not reach the goal, must cultivate teaching novices in the teaching practice of practical wisdom.
This paper from the definition of "novice teacher", "the wisdom of teaching practice" concept, analyzes the main characteristics of the wisdom of teaching practice: situation, complexity and practicality; discusses mainly the wisdom of teaching practice: the innovation of teaching behavior, teaching tact play, teaching style display, combined with my own work experience and learning experience; gives some concrete strategies of teaching practical wisdom of novice teachers. Including cultivating the wisdom of teaching practice way: (1) focus on the process of knowledge construction and reflect the dynamic generation of knowledge; (2) pay attention to the classroom teaching practice training, strengthen the innovation of teaching behavior; (3) pay attention to the classroom teaching practice reflection; (4) on the promotion of practical knowledge; (5) pay attention to teaching management, humanistic pursuit of teaching order. And in school to promote the novice teachers to teach some useful attempt to learn the practical wisdom: (1) The strategy of teaching implementation is to implement mentoring couple and attach importance to teaching regular training. (2) the strategy of teaching evaluation -- "students in mind always have students", carefully study students, (3) develop reflective ability -- learn to reflect and learn to cooperate.
For the novice teachers' training and teaching skills from the simple method of training to cultivate the wisdom of teaching practice, to guide the novice teachers to innovate in practice. And the study of strategy to promote the novice teachers teaching practice wisdom, so that they can be faster and better through the adaptation period, as soon as possible to improve their professional knowledge, improve the quality of teaching ability and education, has a very important significance.
