【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)廣播電視學(xué)校作為農(nóng)民教育培訓(xùn)的主力軍肩負(fù)著全面提高廣大農(nóng)民科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)的歷史使命。做好農(nóng)民教育培訓(xùn)工作,需要一支高水平的師資隊(duì)伍來(lái)支撐,教師隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的提高是當(dāng)前農(nóng)廣校系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的一門重要課題。農(nóng)廣校師資隊(duì)伍培訓(xùn)重點(diǎn)是提升教師的專業(yè)技術(shù)能力、教學(xué)能力和管理能力。針對(duì)一線教師、教學(xué)輔導(dǎo)老師和管理人員可分別采取光盤培訓(xùn)、衛(wèi)星培訓(xùn)、面授培訓(xùn)三種模式來(lái)實(shí)施。建立農(nóng)廣校教師準(zhǔn)入制度,充分共享農(nóng)廣校系統(tǒng)的各類優(yōu)質(zhì)培訓(xùn)資源,依托師資培訓(xùn)資源中心和培訓(xùn)基地,綜合利用廣播、電視、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)等各類遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)手段開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:As the main force of the farmer's education and training, the agricultural radio and television school has a historical mission to improve the scientific and cultural quality of the peasants in an all-round way. To do well the training of the farmers' education needs a high-level teaching staff to support, and the improvement of the quality of the teachers' team is an important subject of the construction of the current agricultural and wide-school system. The training of the teaching staff of the agricultural and broad school is to improve the professional technical ability, teaching ability and management ability of the teachers. For the first-line teachers, the teaching tutoring teachers and managers can take the three modes of optical disc training, satellite training and face-to-face training, respectively. The system of the access system of the agricultural and wide school is set up, and various kinds of high-quality training resources of the agricultural and wide school system are fully shared, and the training is carried out on the basis of various remote technical means such as the training resource center and the training base of the teacher, the comprehensive utilization of broadcasting, television, the Internet, the satellite network and the like.
