【摘要】：《北京市聾人職業(yè)適應(yīng)性量表》是在參考國內(nèi)外一些著名職業(yè)適應(yīng)性量表的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國的文化背景、聾人身心特點及其所從事的具體職業(yè)類型,設(shè)計的符合聾人認(rèn)知特點的量表。量表的表達(dá)采取了低閱讀水平、非文字的圖片、答題示例以及簡潔書面指導(dǎo)語或錄像示范指導(dǎo)語等有利于聾人理解的形式。本量表以北京市1100名就業(yè)年齡段的聾人為被試,從ICF視角出發(fā),既對聾人職業(yè)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行評估,同時可依據(jù)評估結(jié)果,建立支持性評價體系,提高聾人工作品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The Beijing Occupational adaptability scale for the Deaf is based on reference to some famous occupational adaptability scales at home and abroad, combined with the Chinese cultural background, the physical and mental characteristics of deaf people and the specific occupational types they are engaged in. The designed scale accords with the cognitive characteristics of deaf people. The expression of the scale is in the form of low reading level, non-verbal pictures, examples of answer questions, concise written instruction or video demonstration instruction, and so on, which is beneficial to the understanding of deaf people. From the perspective of ICF, the scale not only evaluated the occupational adaptability of deaf people, but also established a supportive evaluation system to improve the working quality of deaf people.
