【摘要】：順應(yīng)時代需求而誕生的中國青年干部院校,在深化教育改革的今天遇到了嚴(yán)峻的考驗,面對實力雄厚的普通高校以及民辦院校、國外教育機構(gòu)的挑戰(zhàn),青年干部院校必須既要看到自己的弱點,更要認(rèn)識自己的優(yōu)勢,應(yīng)探索出一條適合青年干部院校的生存和發(fā)展的道路。
[Abstract]:China's young cadre colleges and universities, born in accordance with the needs of the times, have met a severe test in deepening educational reform today. They have faced challenges from powerful ordinary colleges and private institutions, as well as foreign educational institutions. Young cadre colleges and universities must not only see their own weaknesses, but also recognize their own advantages, should explore a suitable way for the survival and development of young cadres colleges and universities.
