【摘要】：文章從生態(tài)化視角分析隨班就讀教育模式存在的因教育對(duì)象顯性差異增大而導(dǎo)致的"失衡"問題。在隨班就讀模式中構(gòu)建由教師、學(xué)生、課程和環(huán)境四要素整合而成的教育生態(tài)環(huán)境,以隨班就讀學(xué)生個(gè)體為中心,動(dòng)態(tài)、微觀地分析教與學(xué)內(nèi)在的需求,協(xié)調(diào)隨班就讀實(shí)踐中教與學(xué)之間的平衡性及和諧性。
[Abstract]:From the ecological perspective, this paper analyzes the problem of "imbalance" caused by the overt difference of educational objects. In the mode of studying in class, the educational ecological environment, which is composed of teachers, students, curriculum and environment, is constructed, and the inner demands of teaching and learning are analyzed microscopically, taking the individual students of the class as the center, dynamically and microscopically. Coordinate the balance and harmony between teaching and learning in class practice.
