【摘要】：MOOC于2012年興起并迅速發(fā)展。它為學(xué)習(xí)者提供了更優(yōu)質(zhì)也更便利的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程,有助于人們接受更高水平的教育,同時(shí),它也是展示一個(gè)國(guó)家教育軟實(shí)力建設(shè)的重要載體。為增強(qiáng)我國(guó)在MOOC中的國(guó)家話語(yǔ)權(quán)和國(guó)際影響力,我們要主動(dòng)推出自己的MOOC精品課程,并通過(guò)加強(qiáng)交流與合作來(lái)影響和推進(jìn)中國(guó)的MOOC建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:MOOC rose in 2012 and grew rapidly. It provides better and more convenient online courses for learners and helps people to receive higher level of education. At the same time, it is an important carrier to show the construction of a country's educational soft power. In order to strengthen our country's right of speech and international influence in MOOC, we should proactively launch our own excellent courses of MOOC and influence and promote the construction of MOOC in China through strengthening communication and cooperation.
