【摘要】：民族地區(qū)留守兒童是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)農(nóng)民外出打工而衍生的一個(gè)特殊群體。家庭和學(xué)校是兒童發(fā)展最重要的社會(huì)組織,家校合作不力則是加劇民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守兒童教育問題的重要原因。通過對(duì)黔東南州開展《民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村學(xué)生家校合作》問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)民族地區(qū)絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)村家庭缺乏責(zé)任分擔(dān)意識(shí),家校合作乏力;父母與學(xué)校教師的關(guān)系疏離,相互支持程度低;學(xué)校和家庭之間的合作方式單一,流于形式,難以滿足留守兒童需求;留守兒童家庭對(duì)提高成績(jī)的愿望迫切,家校合作系統(tǒng)性差,需要教育與管護(hù)并重。解決這些問題,必須加強(qiáng)學(xué)校與家庭的溝通合作,關(guān)注民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守兒童的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求和發(fā)展愿望,開展家校聯(lián)動(dòng),共同承擔(dān)留守兒童的教育和監(jiān)護(hù)責(zé)任。具體措施包括:強(qiáng)化雙邊管護(hù),優(yōu)先滿足基本需求;發(fā)揮學(xué)校主導(dǎo)地位,加強(qiáng)教育管理;重視家庭主體作用,明確監(jiān)護(hù)責(zé)任;創(chuàng)新模式,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)合作體系。
[Abstract]:The children left behind in minority areas are a special group derived from the peasants in minority areas. Family and school are the most important social organization for the development of children, and the poor cooperation between home and school is an important reason to aggravate the problem of education of left-behind children in rural areas of ethnic minority areas. Through the questionnaire survey of "Rural students' Home and School Cooperation in ethnic areas" in Qiandongnan Prefecture, it is found that most rural families in ethnic minority areas lack the sense of responsibility sharing and lack of cooperation between home and school. The relationship between parents and school teachers is alienated, the degree of mutual support is low, the cooperation mode between school and family is single, it is mere form, and it is difficult to meet the needs of left-behind children. The families of left-behind children are eager to improve their achievements, and the cooperation between home and school is not systematic, so they need to pay equal attention to education and nursing. To solve these problems, we must strengthen the communication and cooperation between schools and families, pay attention to the realistic needs and development aspirations of the rural left-behind children in ethnic minority areas, carry out the joint action of home and school, and jointly undertake the responsibility of education and guardianship of left-behind children. Specific measures include: strengthening bilateral care, priority to meet basic needs; giving play to the dominant position of the school, strengthening education management; paying attention to the role of family subject, clear responsibility of guardianship; innovating the mode, building a system of cooperation.
