【摘要】：近年來,我國(guó)研究生就業(yè)難度加大,面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),一些研究生呈現(xiàn)出種種就業(yè)心理問題。高校應(yīng)積極運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體,通過開設(shè)在線就業(yè)心理輔導(dǎo)課程、借助校園網(wǎng)加強(qiáng)研究生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)、提升"四支隊(duì)伍"網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育作用、建立健全高校就業(yè)信息網(wǎng)等加強(qiáng)研究生就業(yè)心理教育,為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)輸送合格人才。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of graduate students in China has become more difficult. In the face of severe employment situation, some graduate students present various psychological problems of employment. Colleges and universities should make active use of network media, set up online psychological guidance courses for employment, strengthen the cultivation of graduate students' employment ability with the help of campus network, and promote the role of "four teams" in network ideological and political education. To establish and improve the employment information network of colleges and universities, to strengthen the psychological education of graduate students' employment, and to transport qualified personnel for the modernization of our country.
