【摘要】：隨著2010年學校白皮書的發(fā)表,家長參與學校教育成為英國教育改革的熱點。在實踐中,為了使家長有效參與教育和提高學校教育成效,形成了保護模式、專家模式、傳遞模式、課程充實模式、消費者模式、伙伴關(guān)系模式等多種參與模式。通過家校聯(lián)系,對父母支持培訓,以及基于家庭和社區(qū)的干預(yù)等途徑,運用計劃、合作參與、持續(xù)改進、寬泛理解、明確易懂的建議與指導、家庭學習、領(lǐng)導等策略實現(xiàn)了家長有效參與學校教育的目標。
[Abstract]:With the publication of the 2010 school white paper, parents' participation in school education has become a hot spot in British education reform. In practice, in order to make parents participate in education effectively and improve the effectiveness of school education, many kinds of participation models, such as protection model, expert model, transfer model, curriculum enrichment model, consumer model, partnership model, etc. Through homeschooling, support training for parents, and family and community based interventions, use of planning, collaborative engagement, continuous improvement, broad understanding, clear and understandable advice and guidance, family learning, Strategies such as leadership have achieved the goal of parents' effective participation in school education.
