【摘要】：正李克強(qiáng)總理在今年政府工作報(bào)告中指出,要"努力使每一個(gè)孩子有公平的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)"。這既表達(dá)了當(dāng)前教育工作的努力方向,也體現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)變教育發(fā)展范式的內(nèi)涵。改革開放以來(lái),伴隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步建立,效率原則和由此派生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)思維一直主導(dǎo)著社會(huì)組織的變革,成為教育生活中的重要內(nèi)容和手段。重點(diǎn)校、重點(diǎn)班、重點(diǎn)生等精英教育話語(yǔ)充斥其中;不斷強(qiáng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,名目繁多的評(píng)估、評(píng)審、評(píng)比損失了過(guò)多的教育機(jī)會(huì)成本。當(dāng)然,在這一特定歷史時(shí)期,效率優(yōu)先原
[Abstract]:Prime Minister Li Keqiang said in this year's government work report that "efforts must be made to give every child a fair chance of development." This not only expresses the current direction of educational work, but also reflects the connotation of changing the paradigm of educational development. Since the reform and opening up, with the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy, the principle of efficiency and the competitive thinking derived therefrom have been dominating the transformation of social organizations and become an important content and means in education and life. Key schools, key classes, key students and other elite educational discourse are full of them; constantly strengthen the mechanism of competition, a variety of evaluation, evaluation lost too much cost of educational opportunities. Of course, in this particular period of history, efficiency takes precedence.
