欠發(fā)達地區(qū)中小學教育信息化動態(tài)反饋的系統(tǒng)分析

【摘要】:為提升農(nóng)村學校教育信息化的應(yīng)用水平,該文采用德爾菲法和問卷法對江西省欠發(fā)達地區(qū)部分中小學校教育信息化的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查,獲得了影響這些學校教育信息化發(fā)展的主要因素,并借助系統(tǒng)動力學相關(guān)理論及基模分析方法,建構(gòu)了欠發(fā)達地區(qū)中小學教育信息化系統(tǒng)的成長上限基模和消除這一成長上限基模的對策基模,提出要推動欠發(fā)達地區(qū)中小學校教育信息化的有效開展,領(lǐng)導者的理念、決策層的政策措施以及經(jīng)費的投入是關(guān)鍵因素。對推動欠發(fā)達地區(qū)中小學教育信息化提供更為系統(tǒng)、科學、準確的解決思路。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the application level of rural school education informatization, this paper adopts Delphi method and questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of primary and secondary school education informatization in less developed areas of Jiangxi Province. The main factors influencing the development of school education informatization are obtained, and the relevant theories of system dynamics and the basic model analysis method are used. This paper constructs the upper-bound growth model of primary and secondary school education information system in underdeveloped areas and the countermeasures to eliminate it, and puts forward the idea of leaders to promote the effective development of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped areas. The policy measures at the decision-making level and the investment of funds are the key factors. It provides a more systematic, scientific and accurate solution to promote the informatization of primary and secondary education in underdeveloped areas.
