【摘要】：生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論作為社會學(xué)方向的一個重要理論,將抽象的理論與實(shí)踐性極強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐工作聯(lián)系起來,強(qiáng)調(diào)從人所處的環(huán)境出發(fā)來評估問題、解決問題�；谏鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)理論,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)的方法和技巧,從心理健康問題學(xué)生的具體生活環(huán)境入手,改變學(xué)生的不合理認(rèn)知與行為,為學(xué)生尋找更多方面的支持,在處理這類學(xué)生的問題時,要充分考慮學(xué)生所在的環(huán)境的情況,利用好所在環(huán)境中的現(xiàn)有資源,針對性幫助學(xué)生,提升其應(yīng)對、解決問題的能力,并且達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:Ecosystem theory, as an important theory in the direction of sociology, connects abstract theory with practical work, and emphasizes evaluating and solving problems from the point of view of the environment in which people live. Based on the theory of ecosystem, using systematic methods and techniques, this paper starts with the concrete living environment of students with mental health problems, changes their irrational cognition and behavior, and looks for more support for students. When dealing with this kind of students' problems, we should fully consider the situation of the students' environment, make good use of the existing resources in the students' environment, help students, improve their ability to deal with and solve problems, and achieve the expected results.
