知識動員視角下我國教育決策者科研采信動力分析

【摘要】:長期以來,教育決策者科研采信程度低以及教育政策研究不能服務決策的問題一直備受關注。為什么教育科研成果得不到采信,這到底是政策研究者的問題,還是教育決策者的問題,值得探討。知識動員通過還原知識生產(chǎn)者與使用者之間的供需關系,積極建構將知識產(chǎn)品"動員"起來服務決策的渠道,為分析教育決策者科學的科研采信提供了更具合理性的視角。本文從知識動員的視角,探討了教育決策者科研采信的政治、知識及環(huán)境動力,并診斷了其問題,以為建立科學有效的教育決策采信制度提供參考建議。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the low degree of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers and the failure of educational policy research to serve decision-making have attracted much attention. It is worth discussing why the achievements of educational scientific research cannot be accepted, which is a question of policy researchers or educational decision makers. Knowledge mobilization, by reducing the supply and demand relationship between knowledge producers and users, actively constructs channels to "mobilize" knowledge products to serve decision-making, which provides a more reasonable perspective for the analysis of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers. From the perspective of knowledge mobilization, this paper discusses the politics, knowledge and environmental motivation of scientific research acceptance of educational decision makers, and diagnoses its problems in order to provide reference suggestions for the establishment of scientific and effective educational decision adoption system.
