河南省實施“省培計劃”的成效、問題與改進建議

【摘要】:河南省"省培計劃"是對2011—2020年省內(nèi)中小學及幼兒園教師隊伍培訓工作目標與任務等的規(guī)劃,主要包括示范性項目和地方項目兩大類。2011年以來,河南省在實施"省培計劃"方面取得了一定的成效,如積累了有效的教師培訓經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建起教師專業(yè)成長的文化氛圍,農(nóng)村教師培訓工作受到了重視,地方教師培訓機構(gòu)的力量得以增強等,但也存在一些亟待解決的問題和需要改進的地方。
[Abstract]:Henan Province's "Provincial Program" is the planning of the training objectives and tasks of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province from 2011 to 2020. It mainly includes two categories: model projects and local projects. Since 2011, Henan Province has made some achievements in implementing the "provincial training plan", such as the accumulation of effective teacher training experience, the construction of a cultural atmosphere of teachers' professional growth, and the attention paid to the training of rural teachers. The strength of local teacher training institutions can be strengthened, but there are still some problems to be solved and areas that need to be improved.
