河南省實(shí)施“省培計(jì)劃”的成效、問題與改進(jìn)建議

【摘要】:河南省"省培計(jì)劃"是對2011—2020年省內(nèi)中小學(xué)及幼兒園教師隊(duì)伍培訓(xùn)工作目標(biāo)與任務(wù)等的規(guī)劃,主要包括示范性項(xiàng)目和地方項(xiàng)目兩大類。2011年以來,河南省在實(shí)施"省培計(jì)劃"方面取得了一定的成效,如積累了有效的教師培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建起教師專業(yè)成長的文化氛圍,農(nóng)村教師培訓(xùn)工作受到了重視,地方教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的力量得以增強(qiáng)等,但也存在一些亟待解決的問題和需要改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:Henan Province's "Provincial Program" is the planning of the training objectives and tasks of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province from 2011 to 2020. It mainly includes two categories: model projects and local projects. Since 2011, Henan Province has made some achievements in implementing the "provincial training plan", such as the accumulation of effective teacher training experience, the construction of a cultural atmosphere of teachers' professional growth, and the attention paid to the training of rural teachers. The strength of local teacher training institutions can be strengthened, but there are still some problems to be solved and areas that need to be improved.
