【摘要】：正由海姆·吉諾特博士?jī)A心而著的《老師怎樣和學(xué)生說話》,經(jīng)翻譯后由海南出版社與三環(huán)出版社于2005年4月出版,該書對(duì)學(xué)校教育中教師的重要性提出了深刻認(rèn)識(shí),主張教師應(yīng)能夠有效及高水準(zhǔn)地交流,在對(duì)話之中對(duì)孩子給予足夠的尊重與理解。該書的出現(xiàn),極大地改變了教育活動(dòng)中存在的窘迫處境,為父母與孩子之間、教師與學(xué)生之間的有效交流提供了新的路徑。
[Abstract]:"how to talk to students", which is being loved by Dr. Haime Ginot, was published by Hainan Publishing House and Sanhuan Publishing House in April 2005. The book has put forward a profound understanding of the importance of teachers in school education. Teachers should be able to communicate effectively and with high standards and respect and understanding their children in dialogue. The emergence of the book has greatly changed the plight of educational activities and provided a new way for effective communication between parents and children and between teachers and students.
