【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國的教育事業(yè)蒸蒸日上，取得了卓越的成就。隨著中國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展，政府對義務(wù)教育的重視程度也有了顯著的變化。中國為了將文化大國發(fā)展成為文化強(qiáng)國，義務(wù)教育是基礎(chǔ)。中國政府普及義務(wù)教育最根本的目的就是讓更多的人有機(jī)會(huì)、有條件接受平等、良好的教育，從而確保社會(huì)公平與和諧。 本文將中國家庭義務(wù)教育階段的成本分為直接成本和間接成本兩部分，在此基礎(chǔ)上對城鄉(xiāng)家庭成本進(jìn)行比較分析，從而總結(jié)出家庭總成本的核算公式；又對家庭收益及其構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析，并對其作出評(píng)價(jià)；本文的重點(diǎn)在于依據(jù)“成本-收益”理論，，總結(jié)收益率的計(jì)量公式，并根據(jù)中國的國情對收益率進(jìn)行理性的分析。通過這一系列的論述，我們不得不承認(rèn)目前中國的義務(wù)教育投入依然存在許多問題，政府投入的不足和私人投入過高是造成這些問題的重要因素。最后本文在對家庭投入的成本、收益以及收益率分析的基礎(chǔ)上，為中國當(dāng)前義務(wù)教育階段家庭教育投入的現(xiàn)狀提出合理的建議，也為中國各地區(qū)義務(wù)教育的發(fā)展提供一些參考。 以往的研究大多是為了求出教育的投資收益率，以測度教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值，然而關(guān)于教育的消費(fèi)性收益以及外部性收益的研究還略顯欠缺。通過本文的研究可以有針對性的對義務(wù)教育的投入與收益進(jìn)行分析，著重考慮其消費(fèi)性收益，重視對中小學(xué)生精神領(lǐng)域的感染和價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)，因而具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's educational undertakings are booming and have made remarkable achievements. With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the government's emphasis on compulsory education has changed significantly. Compulsory education is the foundation for China to develop a cultural power into a cultural power. The fundamental goal of the Chinese government in popularizing compulsory education is to make more people have the opportunity to receive equal and good education, so as to ensure social fairness and harmony. This paper divides the cost of Chinese family compulsory education into two parts: direct cost and indirect cost. On this basis, the author makes a comparative analysis of the cost of urban and rural families, and sums up the calculation formula of total family cost. The paper also analyzes and evaluates the family income and its composition. The emphasis of this paper is to sum up the measurement formula of the rate of return according to the theory of "cost and income", and to carry on the rational analysis of the rate of return according to the national conditions of China. Through this series of discussions, we have to admit that there are still many problems in China's compulsory education investment at present, and the insufficiency of government investment and the excessive private investment are the important factors that cause these problems. Finally, based on the analysis of the cost, income and return rate of family investment, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the current situation of family education investment in the stage of compulsory education in China, and also provides some references for the development of compulsory education in various regions of China. Most of the previous studies are to find out the rate of return on investment in education in order to measure the economic value of education. However, the study on the consumption income and external income of education is still slightly lacking. Through the research of this paper, we can analyze the investment and income of compulsory education, focus on the consumption income, and attach importance to the cultivation of spiritual field and values of primary and middle school students, so it has important practical significance.
