【摘要】：當今我們正處在知識經(jīng)濟大爆炸的時代,隨著科技知識的普及,人們對教育事業(yè)的重視度不斷提高,促使高等教育院校的規(guī)模進一步擴大,如何塑造優(yōu)美的校園環(huán)境已得到整個社會的普遍關(guān)注,對校園環(huán)境的研究已取得了豐碩的成果。但是衛(wèi)生間作為高等教學(xué)建筑的重要組成部分卻極少被關(guān)注,導(dǎo)致了在校大學(xué)生不良的如廁心理感受,成為校園教學(xué)建筑內(nèi)環(huán)境的死角,進而影響了校園建筑的形象。 目前,對于衛(wèi)生間的相關(guān)研究已取得了很多成果,大多集中于城市公共衛(wèi)生間、居住建筑衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計、老年人衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計等方面,相關(guān)的解決方法及設(shè)計規(guī)范陸續(xù)出臺,公共衛(wèi)生間的設(shè)計似乎更加趨于規(guī)范化和人性化。然而,在教書育人的高校校園中,當下大部分高校公共衛(wèi)生間,在衛(wèi)生間數(shù)量、衛(wèi)生設(shè)施數(shù)量、人文關(guān)懷上及衛(wèi)生間環(huán)境建設(shè)與保持等方面都難以滿足當代大學(xué)生心理。因此,如何從建筑設(shè)計角度對高校教學(xué)樓衛(wèi)生間現(xiàn)狀進行研究并提出相應(yīng)解決建議的關(guān)注較少,而建筑設(shè)計是解決衛(wèi)生間使用及空間問題的基本方法。 因此,本論文以高校教學(xué)樓衛(wèi)生間所存在的普遍問題及媒體上由于衛(wèi)生間引發(fā)的爭端的各類報道作為切入點,以高校綜合教學(xué)樓的衛(wèi)生間為研究對象,以衛(wèi)生間空間特色為主要研究內(nèi)容。通過對大連高校綜合教學(xué)樓的實地調(diào)研及國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀案例的分析,挖掘現(xiàn)有高校綜合教學(xué)樓衛(wèi)生間的特點與不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合環(huán)境行為學(xué)、心理學(xué)、人體工程學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識及已有研究成果提出解決高校綜合教學(xué)樓衛(wèi)生間的問題現(xiàn)狀的一些方法及建議。 本研究將相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論與實踐相結(jié)合,希望能對未來高校綜合教學(xué)樓衛(wèi)生間及校園公共衛(wèi)生間的建設(shè)與研究提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Today we are in the era of knowledge economy explosion. With the popularization of scientific and technological knowledge, people pay more and more attention to the cause of education, which promotes the scale of higher education institutions to expand further. How to shape the beautiful campus environment has been paid much attention by the whole society, and the research on campus environment has made great achievements. However, as an important part of the higher teaching building, the toilet is seldom concerned, which leads to the poor psychological feeling of the college students to use the toilet, and becomes the dead corner of the campus teaching building environment, and then affects the image of the campus building. At present, many achievements have been made in the research of toilet, most of which focus on the urban public toilet, the design of residential building toilet, the design of the elderly toilet, and so on. The relevant solutions and design specifications have been issued one after another. The design of public toilet seems to be more standardized and humanized. However, in the current university campus, most of the public toilets in colleges and universities, in the number of toilets, the number of sanitary facilities, humanistic care and toilet environment construction and maintenance are difficult to meet the psychology of contemporary college students. Therefore, how to study the present situation of toilet in teaching buildings of colleges and universities from the angle of architectural design and put forward corresponding suggestions are less concerned, and architectural design is the basic method to solve the problems of toilet use and space. Therefore, this paper takes the common problems in the toilet of the teaching building in colleges and universities and the various reports on the disputes caused by the toilet in the media as the breakthrough point, taking the toilet of the comprehensive teaching building of the university as the research object. Take toilet space characteristic as the main research content. Through the field investigation of Dalian university comprehensive teaching building and the analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad, this paper excavates the characteristics and shortcomings of the toilet in the existing university comprehensive teaching building. On the basis of this, some methods and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of toilet in comprehensive teaching buildings in colleges and universities, combining with the knowledge of environmental behavior, psychology, ergonomics and other related subjects, as well as the existing research results. This study combines the theory and practice of related disciplines, hoping to provide a valuable reference for the future construction and research of comprehensive teaching building toilet and campus public toilet in colleges and universities.
