【摘要】:我軍的軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育實踐是中國革命史、中國教育史領(lǐng)域的一個重要板塊。此項偉大事業(yè)誕生于艱苦卓絕的革命戰(zhàn)爭年代,其歷史軌跡可分三個階段:土地革命戰(zhàn)爭時期的10年間為初創(chuàng),籌組隊伍,吸納人員,搜尋教材教具,舉辦形式多樣,學(xué)制長短不一,培訓(xùn)規(guī)格因需制宜,,以滿足紅軍醫(yī)療任務(wù)急需。由此締結(jié)成我軍軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育的最初格局。進入抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期,我軍軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育堅持為戰(zhàn)爭服務(wù)、為前線服務(wù)、為部隊服務(wù)、為全體抗日軍民服務(wù)的方向。各根據(jù)地從實際情況出發(fā),發(fā)掘各類教育資源,采取多種訓(xùn)練方法培養(yǎng)各類衛(wèi)生人員,創(chuàng)造了多種行之有效的培訓(xùn)方法,取得很大成效,其成功做法對今天有重要啟迪。解放戰(zhàn)爭時期軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育已經(jīng)得到進一步擴充,并形成一定的教育體系。根據(jù)實際需要對學(xué)校規(guī)模、教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),采取符合實際需要的安排。把保證部隊?wèi)?zhàn)爭需求作為教育的根本任務(wù)。采取各種教育措施,加速培養(yǎng)部隊需求的醫(yī)藥技術(shù)人才,滿足解放戰(zhàn)爭需求,為保障部隊?wèi)?zhàn)斗力,推翻國民黨反動統(tǒng)治發(fā)揮重要作用。研究我軍醫(yī)學(xué)教育三個歷史階段的發(fā)展流變,應(yīng)用馬克思主義基本原理的立場觀點方法分析總結(jié)革命戰(zhàn)爭時期我軍軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育實踐活動的歷史經(jīng)驗及其對未來戰(zhàn)爭軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育的借鑒意義。本文提出六點見解:軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育的人才戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)首先堅持培養(yǎng)“紅色醫(yī)生”的方針;軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育要牢固樹立為保障打贏服務(wù)的指導(dǎo)思想;軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育內(nèi)容要根據(jù)未來戰(zhàn)爭的實際需要進行調(diào)整改革;軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育要重視依托地方,走軍民聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)之路;軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育要重視繼續(xù)教育和遠(yuǎn)程教育;軍事醫(yī)學(xué)教育機制體制有必要進行改革。
[Abstract]:The military medical education practice of our army is an important sector in the history of Chinese revolution and the history of Chinese education.This great cause was born in the arduous revolutionary war years, and its historical track can be divided into three stages: the 10 years of the Agrarian Revolution War as a start-up, the formation of a team, the recruitment of personnel, the search for teaching materials and teaching aids, and the holding of various forms.The length of the school system varies, and the training specifications are required to meet the urgent need for the Red Army medical mission.Thus concluded the initial pattern of military medical education in our army.In the period of Anti-Japanese War, the military medical education of our army insists on serving the war, serving the front line, serving the troops and serving the whole anti-Japanese army and people.Starting from the actual situation, each base area excavates all kinds of educational resources, adopts various training methods to train all kinds of health personnel, creates a variety of effective training methods, and achieves great results, and its successful methods have important enlightenment for today.During the War of Liberation, military medical education has been further expanded and formed a certain educational system.According to the actual needs of the school size, education and training objectives, to adopt the actual needs of the arrangement.The fundamental task of education is to ensure the war needs of the armed forces.All kinds of educational measures were adopted to speed up the training of medical and technical personnel needed by the army to meet the needs of the War of Liberation and to play an important role in safeguarding the combat effectiveness of the troops and overthrowing the reactionary rule of the Kuomintang.To study the development and evolution of the three historical stages of medical education in our army,This paper analyzes and sums up the historical experience of military medical education practice of our army during the revolutionary war and its reference significance to the military medical education in the future war by applying the standpoint and method of Marxist basic principle.This paper puts forward six opinions: the strategy of talents in military medical education should first adhere to the policy of training "red doctor", and the guiding ideology of military medical education should be firmly established to ensure the service of winning war;The content of military medical education should be adjusted and reformed according to the actual needs of the future war; military medical education should attach importance to relying on the localities and take the road of joint training between the military and the civilian; military medical education should attach importance to continuing education and distance education;It is necessary to reform the system of military medical education.
