【摘要】：目的了解中學(xué)教師心理健康狀況及其影響因素。方法運(yùn)用SCL-90及自編教師基本情況問卷對內(nèi)江市四所中學(xué)410名中學(xué)教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果內(nèi)江市中學(xué)教師SCL-90總均分及各因子分非常顯著地高于全國常模;至少有一個因子分≥2與≥3的陽性檢出率分別為72.7%、34.6%,檢出率最高的是抑郁、強(qiáng)迫與軀體化三個因子;男教師在"精神病性"與"其他"兩個因子上顯著高于女教師,中年教師、兼任班主任、兼任行政職務(wù)、大專學(xué)歷、主科教師心理健康水平顯著更低。結(jié)論中學(xué)教師心理健康狀況堪憂,須特別關(guān)注中年教師、兼任班主任與行政職務(wù)的教師以及男教師、學(xué)歷較低與主科教師的心理健康。
