【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記今年9月9日在北京師范大學(xué)看望教師學(xué)生時(shí)深情地說道:"教師是打造中華民族夢之隊(duì)的筑夢人。"因此,作為教師隊(duì)伍中重要一員,班主任老師必須"有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎實(shí)學(xué)識、有仁愛之心",不忘"理論自信、道路自信、制度自信",不忘"學(xué)問是心靈的慧眼","為了使學(xué)生獲得一點(diǎn)知識的亮光,教師應(yīng)吸進(jìn)整個光的海洋"。一、在明白"何為班主任"上用心力,增強(qiáng)光榮感,讓班主任事業(yè)綻放"德行"的燦爛光芒優(yōu)秀的教師不一定是優(yōu)秀的班主任,但優(yōu)秀的班主任一定是優(yōu)秀的教師。
[Abstract]:When visiting teachers and students at Beijing normal University on September 9 this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping said affectionately: "Teachers are the dreamers who built the dream team of the Chinese nation." therefore, as an important member of the faculty, The teacher in charge must "have ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge, benevolence", do not forget "theoretical self-confidence, road confidence, system confidence", do not forget that "learning is the eye of the mind", "in order to enable students to obtain a little light of knowledge," Teachers should be sucked into the ocean of light. First, in understanding "what is a class teacher," the teacher should use his heart to enhance his sense of honor, so that the teacher in charge of the class is not necessarily a good head teacher with the brilliant light of "virtue" in the cause of the teacher in charge. But an excellent head teacher must be an excellent teacher.
