學(xué)校本位教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:本文基于布朗芬布倫納的生態(tài)理論構(gòu)建學(xué)校本位教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的理論分析框架。學(xué)校本位教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的宏系統(tǒng)是社會(huì)意識(shí)與信念環(huán)境系統(tǒng),這是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展外力系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)要素為國(guó)家和人民對(duì)好的教育的期盼以及有好的教師才有好的教育;外系統(tǒng)是學(xué)校組織環(huán)境系統(tǒng),這是可持續(xù)發(fā)展力系統(tǒng),要素為支持制度和文化自覺;中系統(tǒng)為專業(yè)發(fā)展共同體環(huán)境系統(tǒng),這是發(fā)展合力系統(tǒng),要素為專業(yè)合作和重要他人;微系統(tǒng)為教師個(gè)體環(huán)境系統(tǒng),這是發(fā)展源動(dòng)力系統(tǒng),要素為需求推動(dòng)、反思和職業(yè)幸福感。本文對(duì)上述系統(tǒng)分別分析其要素及其對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用,以及發(fā)揮該作用的操作策略。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of school-based teachers' professional development based on BrownFinn's ecological theory. The macro system of school-based teachers' professional development is the social consciousness and belief environment system, which is the external force system of teachers' professional development. The system elements are the expectation of the country and the people to the good education and the good teacher to have the good education, the external system is the school organization environment system, which is the system of sustainable development, the essential factor is to support the system and the cultural consciousness; The middle system is the professional development community environment system, which is the development collaboration system, the elements are the professional cooperation and the important others; the microsystem is the teacher individual environment system, which is the source power system of the development, the essential factor is the demand-driven system, Introspection and career Well-being. This paper analyzes the elements of the system and its promoting effect on teachers' professional development, as well as the operational strategies to play this role.
