【摘要】：正義乃關(guān)注生命、維護(hù)生命、促進(jìn)生命。正義與生命同在,故謂生命正義。就城鄉(xiāng)教師均衡發(fā)展而言,"均衡"是讓城鄉(xiāng)教師生命綻放自由之美;"均衡"是機(jī)會(huì)與地位平等地向城鄉(xiāng)教師開放;"均衡"是城鄉(xiāng)教師差異間的博弈、共享與共生;"均衡"是城鄉(xiāng)教師在磋商對話中凝聚共識;"均衡"是讓處境不利的鄉(xiāng)村教師利益最大化。
[Abstract]:Justice is to focus on life, to preserve life, to promote life. Justice is with life, In terms of the balanced development of teachers in urban and rural areas, "equilibrium" is the beauty of letting teachers' lives bloom freely in urban and rural areas; "equilibrium" is open to urban and rural teachers on the basis of equal opportunity and status; "equilibrium" is a game between the differences between urban and rural teachers. Sharing and symbiosis; "equilibrium" is the consensus between urban and rural teachers in consultation and dialogue; "equilibrium" is to maximize the interests of disadvantaged rural teachers.
