【摘要】：正為提高農(nóng)村學(xué)生尤其是貧困地區(qū)學(xué)生的營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康水平,2011年11月23日,國(guó)務(wù)院頒布了[2011]5號(hào)文件——農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善計(jì)劃"),在22個(gè)省699個(gè)試點(diǎn)縣的2 600萬(wàn)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生中,中央財(cái)政按照每名學(xué)生每個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)日3元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供膳食營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)助。除此之外,還有15個(gè)省開(kāi)展了地方試點(diǎn)工作,共惠及3 000多萬(wàn)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生。由于農(nóng)村學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善項(xiàng)目種類(lèi)多、覆蓋地區(qū)廣,各地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)
[Abstract]:In order to improve the nutritional health of rural students, especially those in poor areas, in November 23rd 2011, The State Council promulgated document No. 5 on the Nutrition improvement Plan for Rural compulsory Education students (hereinafter referred to as the "Student Nutrition improvement Plan"), out of 26 million rural compulsory education students in 699 pilot counties in 22 provinces. The central finance provides dietary and nutritional subsidies according to the standard of 3 yuan per student per study day. In addition, 15 provinces have carried out local pilot work. It has benefited more than 30 million rural compulsory education students.
