【摘要】：教育安全是指安全主體(個人、一類群體或國家)的教育(主)權(quán)、教育制度、教育傳統(tǒng)以及自身教育發(fā)展等,能夠經(jīng)受來自外部或內(nèi)部環(huán)境的各種威脅、干涉、侵蝕和挑戰(zhàn),并能夠有效維護主體安全,保障安全主體教育功能得以充分實現(xiàn)的一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的運行狀態(tài)。教育安全呈現(xiàn)出假設(shè)性與現(xiàn)實性并存、內(nèi)潛性與外顯性同在、動態(tài)性與發(fā)展性相織、長期性與突發(fā)性相聯(lián)四大特點。由于教育安全能使主體的教育權(quán)利得到保護并順利實現(xiàn)、教育功能得以充分發(fā)揮并得到認同,并能有效抵御來自外部或內(nèi)部威脅和挑戰(zhàn),因而教育安全日益受到世界各國的重視。
[Abstract]:Education security refers to the right to education, educational system, educational tradition and its own educational development of the security subject (individual, group or country), which can withstand all kinds of threats from external or internal environment. Interference, erosion and challenge, and can effectively maintain the security of the main body, to ensure that the security of the main body of education function can be fully realized in a state of sustainable development. Education security presents a hypothetical and realistic coexistence. There are four characteristics of internal and external dominance, dynamic and developmental, long-term and sudden. Due to the security of education, the subject's educational rights can be protected and realized smoothly. The educational function can be fully developed and recognized, and can effectively resist the external or internal threats and challenges. Therefore, the security of education is paid more and more attention by the countries all over the world.
