【摘要】：背景 社會(huì)適應(yīng)是個(gè)體對(duì)各種社會(huì)生活環(huán)境的適應(yīng)。初中生正處于青春發(fā)育期,身體和心理的發(fā)展變化都會(huì)影響兒童這一時(shí)期的社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀態(tài),加上快速發(fā)展變遷的社會(huì)給每個(gè)社會(huì)人都會(huì)帶來的沖擊和震撼,更給處于青春期的初中生帶來了許多壓力、危機(jī)、迷茫和困惑,較易出現(xiàn)各種問題。因此,他們的社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題急需被關(guān)注。 目的 探討初中階段學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀,研究初中階段學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)性與社會(huì)支持、防御方式的關(guān)系,以期提高初中生社會(huì)適應(yīng)力,幫助其健康成長(zhǎng)。 方法 在鄭州市六區(qū)中隨機(jī)抽取兩所普通公立中學(xué)初一至初三的在校學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,共發(fā)放問卷420份,回收398份,其中有效問卷363份,有效率91.2%。本研究采用兒童社會(huì)適應(yīng)力調(diào)查表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表(SSRS)、防御方式問卷(DSQ)為研究工具,初步探討初中階段學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)社會(huì)適應(yīng)與社會(huì)支持、防御方式的關(guān)系進(jìn)行剖析,采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)錄入和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括：描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、方差分析、t檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析等。 結(jié)果 1.初中生社會(huì)適應(yīng)在人際交往能力維度得分上,各年級(jí)學(xué)生之間有顯著差異(P0.05)。男女生在挫折承受能力上差異顯著(P0.05)。 2.社會(huì)適應(yīng)中挫折承受能力與社會(huì)支持中的客觀支持,獨(dú)立生活能力與社會(huì)支持中的主觀支持、利用度及總分上不存在顯著相關(guān),其余均存在顯著相關(guān)(P0.05,P0.01)。不成熟防御機(jī)制和中間型防御機(jī)制與人際交往、應(yīng)急反應(yīng)、挫折承受及社會(huì)適應(yīng)總分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)；成熟防御機(jī)制與應(yīng)急反應(yīng)、挫折承受、獨(dú)立生活及社會(huì)適應(yīng)總分呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05,P0.01)；掩飾因子四與除獨(dú)立生活因子之外的各因子呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。 3.不成熟防御機(jī)制對(duì)社會(huì)適應(yīng)有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用(t=-7.021,P0.001),成熟防御機(jī)制和社會(huì)支持的主觀支持、客觀支持維度對(duì)社會(huì)適應(yīng)有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)作用(t=4.280,P0.001；t=3.197,P0.01；t=2.904,P0.01)。 結(jié)論 1.初中生社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),初三學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力最強(qiáng)。男生挫折承受能力比女生好,獨(dú)立生活能力、人際交往能力比女生差。 2.高程度的社會(huì)支持能促進(jìn)初中生社會(huì)適應(yīng)力的良好發(fā)展,多使用成熟防御機(jī)制能夠幫助提高其社會(huì)適應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:Background Social adaptation is the adaptation of individuals to various social living environments. Junior high school students are in the period of youth development, physical and psychological development changes will affect the social adaptation of children in this period. Coupled with the rapid development and change of society to each social person will bring shocks and shocks, but also to the junior high school students in adolescence brought a lot of pressure, crisis, confusion and confusion, easy to appear a variety of problems. Their social adaptation is in urgent need of attention. Purpose In order to improve the social adaptability of junior high school students and help them to grow healthily, this paper probes into the present situation of students' social adaptation in junior middle school, and studies the relationship between social adaptability and social support and defense mode of junior middle school students. Method In the sixth district of Zhengzhou, we randomly selected the students from the first to the third grade of two ordinary public middle schools. A total of 420 questionnaires were sent out, 398 of which were returned, 363 of which were valid. The effective rate was 91.2%. The questionnaire of children's social adaptability, the scale of social support assessment (SSRSN) and the defense style questionnaire (DSQ) were used in this study. This paper discusses the characteristics of students' social adaptation in junior middle school, and analyzes the relationship between social adaptation, social support and defense mode. SPSS17.0 statistical software is used to input and analyze data. The statistical methods include descriptive statistics, variance analysis and t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results 1. The scores of social adaptation of junior high school students in interpersonal skills were significantly different among the students of different grades (P 0.05), and the difference between male and female students in frustration tolerance was significant (P 0.05). 2. There is no significant correlation between frustration bearing ability and objective support in social support, independent living ability and subjective support, utilization degree and total score in social support. There were significant correlation between P0.05 and P0.01. immature defense mechanism and intermediate defense mechanism and interpersonal communication, emergency response. The total scores of frustration and social adaptation were significantly negative correlation (P 0.01). The total scores of mature defense mechanism and emergency response, frustration tolerance, independent life and social adaptation were significantly positively correlated with P0.05and P0.01; Concealment factor 4 was negatively correlated with all factors except independent living factors (P 0.01). 3. Immature defense mechanism has a significant negative predictive effect on social adaptation and subjective support of mature defense mechanism and social support. Objective support dimension has significant positive predictive effect on social adaptation. T ~ (3. 197) P _ (0.01); T = 2.904 (P0.01C). Conclusion 1. Junior high school students have strong ability of social adaptation, junior high school students have the strongest ability of social adaptation, boys' ability to bear setbacks is better than that of girls, their ability to live independently, and their interpersonal skills are worse than that of girls. 2. High level of social support can promote the good development of social adaptability of junior high school students, and more use of mature defense mechanism can help to improve their social adaptability.
