【摘要】:適應(yīng)在發(fā)展面前是一個永恒的話題,心理適應(yīng)性更是衡量一個人的發(fā)展性能力的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),青少年時期是人生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,此時的健康發(fā)展關(guān)系到其一生的發(fā)展,近年來隨著國家素質(zhì)教育的實施,大家也開始關(guān)注和重視青少年的心理健康,心理適應(yīng)性作為心理健康的一個重要指標(biāo)被國內(nèi)的心理學(xué)家,教育學(xué)家,社會學(xué)家等關(guān)注。 國內(nèi)的心理適應(yīng)性研究主要集中在實證性研究和干預(yù)研究兩個方面,而對于干預(yù)研究主要是集中于大學(xué)的入學(xué)新生,有關(guān)高一新生的心理適應(yīng)性的干預(yù)研究很卻相對較少。本研究是以甘肅省一省級示范重點高中為樣本,抽樣調(diào)查其心理適應(yīng)性和生活滿意度現(xiàn)狀,并探討心理適應(yīng)性和生活滿意度的關(guān)系。繼而在此基礎(chǔ)上以招募的形式,經(jīng)過篩選最終剩余26名學(xué)生為作為本研究的被試,研究中將其分為兩組,每組13人,一組為實驗組,另一組為對照組,經(jīng)過對實驗組八次團體干預(yù)研究后,將實驗組的測試結(jié)果和對照組的結(jié)果進行比較分析,并對實驗組在一個月后進行了追蹤調(diào)查。 本研究得出以下結(jié)論: 1、高中一年級新生的平均心理適應(yīng)性水平為62.35,平均生活滿意度水平為107.94。女生的心理適應(yīng)性均分要高于男生,尤其是在身體與體育競賽和考試焦慮情境方面的適應(yīng)性均分女生要高于男生。高一新生生活滿意度的各維度由高到低排列依次是家庭滿意度友誼滿意度學(xué)校滿意度自由滿意度環(huán)境滿意度學(xué)業(yè)滿意度。 2、高中一年級新生心理適應(yīng)性與生活滿意度著密切的關(guān)系:身體與體育競賽適應(yīng)與生活滿意度呈非常顯著正相關(guān),,群體活動適應(yīng)與生活滿意度呈顯著正相關(guān)。身體與體育競賽適應(yīng)和群體活動適應(yīng)對生活滿意度有顯著的預(yù)測作用。 3、本研究中針對高中一年級新生的心理適應(yīng)性團體輔導(dǎo)方案具有可行性和有效性。 4、本研究中的心理適應(yīng)性團體輔導(dǎo)方案對于提高高一年級新生的心理適應(yīng)性水平有顯著性效果,且有相對較好的長期效果。
[Abstract]:Adaptation is an eternal topic in front of development, more psychological adaptability is a key indicator to measure the development of the ability of a person, adolescence is a critical period of life development, the healthy development is related to the development of life in recent years, with the national implementation of quality education, we also began to pay close attention to their psychological health, psychological adaptability as an important indicator of mental health by domestic psychologists, educators, sociologists and other concerns.
Study on the psychological adaptability of domestic mainly focus on empirical research and intervention study of two, and for the intervention research is mainly focused on university freshmen, the intervention study of freshman's psychological adaptability is relatively small. This study is based on the focus of high school in Gansu province a provincial demonstration as the sample, the sample survey psychological adaptation and life satisfaction, and to explore the relationship between psychological adaptation and life satisfaction. Then on the basis of the recruitment form, after screening the final remaining 26 students as the subjects of this study, the research will be divided into two groups, each group of 13 people, one as the experimental group, another group as control group after group eight group intervention study on after the experiment, the test results of the experimental group and the control group to compare the results of the analysis, investigation and tracking of the experimental group after a month.
This study draws the following conclusions:
1, the average level of psychological adaptability of senior high school the first grade students was 62.35, the average level of life satisfaction for psychological adaptability score in 107.94. girls is higher than boys, especially in physical and sports competition and examination anxiety the adaptability of scores of girls than boys. The dimensions of a new high life satisfaction from high to low in the order friendship satisfaction school satisfaction family satisfaction free satisfaction environment satisfaction academic satisfaction.
2, high school freshmen's psychological adaptation and life satisfaction is closely related to the first grade: physical and sports competition adaptation was positively correlated with life satisfaction, adapt to the group activity had a significant positive correlation with life satisfaction. Physical and sports competition to adapt and group activities are significant predictors of life satisfaction.
3, in this study, the psychological adaptability group guidance scheme for freshmen in senior middle school is feasible and effective.
4, psychological adaptation group counseling in this study has significant effect on improving the mental adaptability of freshmen, and has relatively long term effect.
