【摘要】：母校承諾是指大學(xué)生對母校的心理認(rèn)同和情感依戀,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生對母校的積極情感,是大學(xué)生情感教育的重要構(gòu)成部分。研究結(jié)果表明:大學(xué)生母校承諾的心理結(jié)構(gòu)包含認(rèn)知承諾、感情承諾和責(zé)任承諾三個部分,高校教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量通過母校支持感的部分中介作用對大學(xué)生母校承諾發(fā)揮積極影響。因此,高校應(yīng)從認(rèn)知、情感和責(zé)任三維角度來加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生母校情感的綜合培養(yǎng),通過提高高校教育服務(wù)質(zhì)量和學(xué)生的母校支持感進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)其母校承諾。
[Abstract]:The commitment of the alma mater refers to the psychological identity and emotional attachment of the students to their alma mater and the cultivation of the positive feelings of the students to their alma mater. The results show that the psychological structure of college students' alma mater commitment includes three parts: cognitive commitment, emotional commitment and responsibility commitment. The quality of college education service plays a positive role in college students' commitment to their alma mater through part of the mediating role of the sense of support of their alma mater. Therefore, colleges and universities should learn from the perspective of cognition. To strengthen the comprehensive cultivation of students' alma mater's emotion from the perspective of emotion and responsibility, and to enhance their alma mater commitment by improving the quality of educational service and the students' sense of support of their alma mater.
