【摘要】：近兩年來,作為一種全新的知識(shí)傳播模式和學(xué)習(xí)方式,MOOC(大規(guī)模在線公開課程)正引發(fā)一場(chǎng)全球教育的重大變革。MOOC的基本前提條件是信息技術(shù),但生成的最終關(guān)鍵取決于教師的專業(yè)能力。MOOC的快速發(fā)展對(duì)傳統(tǒng)教育的教師形成了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。該文通過解讀MOOC,探析了MOOC對(duì)教師帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),并從教師信息素養(yǎng)的提高、教學(xué)能力的提高、教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)型、專業(yè)反思等方面探究教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的途徑,以期對(duì)MOOC時(shí)代教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供一些建議。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, as a new mode of knowledge dissemination and learning. MOOC (large-scale online open courses) is leading to a major change in global education. The basic prerequisite for MOOC is information technology. However, the final key to the generation depends on the teacher's professional ability. The rapid development of MOOCs has posed a great challenge to the teachers in traditional education. This paper interprets MOOC. This paper probes into the opportunities and challenges brought by MOOC to teachers, and probes into the ways of teachers' professional growth from the aspects of improving teachers' information literacy, improving their teaching ability, transforming their teaching methods and reflecting on their specialties. In order to provide some suggestions for the professional development of teachers in the MOOC era.
