【摘要】：教研活動成果是教育培訓機構在開展教學研究活動中總結提煉的教學成果,既有成果的共性,又有成果的特殊性,需要從"管理"、"活動"、"成果"三個方面把握其屬性,并建立三級評價指標體系,賦予評價指標相應的權重。對教研活動成果進行綜合評價,可以保證教學研究活動的正常有序開展,促進成果的推廣與交流,達到教師專業(yè)進步、提高教學質量、推進教學改革的目的。
[Abstract]:Research achievements is the education and training institutions to summarize the teaching achievements in teaching and research activities, the existing achievements in common, special and achievements, from the "management", "activity", "three achievements" to grasp its attributes, and the establishment of three level evaluation index system, weight evaluation the corresponding index. The comprehensive evaluation of research results, can guarantee the normal teaching and research activities in an orderly manner, promote and communicate the results to the teachers' professional progress, improve the quality of teaching and promoting the teaching reform.
