【摘要】：自2010年國家頒布了《留學(xué)中國計(jì)劃》與《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》以來,原有的輔導(dǎo)員保姆式心理健康輔導(dǎo)與教育機(jī)制已受到了挑戰(zhàn),留學(xué)生的心理健康問題日益顯現(xiàn),建立來華留學(xué)生心理健康輔導(dǎo)機(jī)制對(duì)于留學(xué)生在華學(xué)習(xí)來說至關(guān)重要。建立來華留學(xué)生心理健康輔導(dǎo)機(jī)制需要:建立導(dǎo)師、班主任、輔導(dǎo)員定期溝通機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)留學(xué)生校園文化建設(shè);建立留學(xué)生心理健康咨詢室;提高留學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì);開設(shè)來華留學(xué)生心理健康教育課程。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, the State promulgated the China Program of studying abroad and the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020. The original mental-health counseling and education mechanism of counselors has been challenged, and the mental health problems of foreign students are becoming more and more obvious. It is very important for foreign students to study in China to establish a mental health counseling mechanism for foreign students in China. The establishment of psychological health counseling mechanism for foreign students in China requires: establishing a regular communication mechanism among tutors, class teachers and counselors; Strengthening the construction of campus culture for foreign students; Setting up mental health consultation room for foreign students; Improve the quality of foreign student counselors; Offering mental health education courses for foreign students in China.
