【摘要】：基于對標簽理論、社會分層理論、沖突論取向的理論分析,對當前教師在課堂教學中對不同學生的問題解答給予不同的回應這一問題進行探究,并提出刻板效應的不可避免性、班內學生的層級分化性、教育體制學業(yè)成績的主導性的原因,引導師生積極的歸因、促進學生群體內部平等性的實現(xiàn),為課堂教學中教師應答方式的差異提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of label theory, social stratification theory and conflict theory orientation, this paper probes into the problem that teachers respond differently to the answers to different students' questions in classroom teaching, and puts forward the necessity of stereotyped effect, the hierarchical differentiation of students in class, the leading reasons of academic achievement in education system, the positive attributions of teachers and students, and the realization of equality within student groups. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the difference of teachers' response methods in classroom teaching.
