創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)的課程資源條件保障問題研究

【摘要】:人類正在邁入創(chuàng)造力經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,全球競爭形勢(shì)日益加劇,世界科技發(fā)展日新月異,知識(shí)已不再是競爭的真正動(dòng)力,競爭的真正動(dòng)力源于人的創(chuàng)造性思維和創(chuàng)造能力,源于人的創(chuàng)造性。與此同時(shí),人類也正在面臨著許多威脅自身生存和發(fā)展的各種問題和挑戰(zhàn),如環(huán)境惡化、氣候變暖、資源枯竭等等,這些問題和挑戰(zhàn)的應(yīng)對(duì),最有力的武器仍然是人類自身的創(chuàng)造性。 誠然,人類落成的第一間茅草屋等文明成果,足以說明創(chuàng)造性人才自古就有。但是,創(chuàng)造性人才的自然生長方式已無法滿足當(dāng)今社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代對(duì)創(chuàng)造性人才在質(zhì)與量方面的需求,也無法滿足在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域和類型結(jié)構(gòu)方面的需求。因此,必須發(fā)揮學(xué)校教育,尤其是創(chuàng)新教育在創(chuàng)造性人才成長中的積極作用,只有這樣,才有可能在各行各業(yè)、各專業(yè)領(lǐng)域培養(yǎng)出大批優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)造性人才,去建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家以迎接創(chuàng)造力經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的挑戰(zhàn)。 雖然我國有每年數(shù)百萬專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)能力,且有“創(chuàng)造教育”與“創(chuàng)新教育”好幾十年的歷史積淀,然而,創(chuàng)造性人才仍然是嚴(yán)重稀缺的人力資源,杰出的創(chuàng)造性人才更是如此!中國科技人員的數(shù)量雖然約是美國的一倍,但總體創(chuàng)造能力、水平無法與其相比。目前科技進(jìn)步對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不及西方發(fā)達(dá)國家20世紀(jì)70年代水平,自主創(chuàng)新能力十分薄弱。特別讓人揪心的是,當(dāng)今我國青少年創(chuàng)造力現(xiàn)狀令人堪憂,他們的創(chuàng)造潛力沒有得到應(yīng)有的開發(fā),中國人才競爭力量后備軍嚴(yán)重不足。 從資源科學(xué)的視角來看,人類任何目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)都是需要一定的資源條件,創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)也不例外。以此來反思“錢學(xué)森之問”卻發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)普遍存在的事實(shí),即,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性人才所需的課程資源條件既不為人們所廣泛而清晰地認(rèn)識(shí),也常常難以得到應(yīng)有的保障,甚至無法實(shí)施各種創(chuàng)造性課程。因此,創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)的課程資源條件及其保障問題已經(jīng)成為我國通往創(chuàng)新型國家道路上的不可回避又須亟待解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題! 本文站在教育科學(xué)(教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、課程論等)、資源科學(xué)(教育資源學(xué))、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)等學(xué)科的視角,運(yùn)用這些學(xué)科的理論與方法,結(jié)合調(diào)查研究與自身多年的創(chuàng)新教育實(shí)踐,對(duì)創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)的課程資源條件確定的依據(jù)問題、創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件的認(rèn)識(shí)問題、保障的主體問題、保障不足的表現(xiàn)及原因進(jìn)行了全面而深入的分析研究,并比較系統(tǒng)地提出了解決創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件保障不足問題的對(duì)策。 按照上述邏輯思路,全文共分為五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行探討: 第一章為緒論。主要是確定論文所要研究的問題,闡明研究目的和意義,并深入分析了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)的課程資源條件保障問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,確定了本文的研究方法和基本的研究思路。 第二章主要通過闡述創(chuàng)造性人才的界定問題和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的定位問題,為后續(xù)課程資源條件保障問題的研究提供目標(biāo)依據(jù)。針對(duì)目前關(guān)于“創(chuàng)造性人才”概念名詞的選擇和內(nèi)涵的界定這兩方面存在不規(guī)范、不科學(xué)的混亂局面,從“人才”概念的界定出發(fā),深入分析了“創(chuàng)新人才、創(chuàng)新性人才、創(chuàng)新型人才、創(chuàng)造人才、創(chuàng)造性人才、創(chuàng)造型人才”等概念名詞的特點(diǎn),理性地選擇了“創(chuàng)造性人才”,并結(jié)合對(duì)創(chuàng)造性人才基本要求的分析,對(duì)創(chuàng)造性人才進(jìn)行了概念界定,對(duì)創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了定位分析。 第三章主要是闡述培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性人才究竟需要何種課程資源條件,誰來承擔(dān)培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性人才所需課程資源條件的保障任務(wù)。主要是站在資源科學(xué)(教育資源學(xué))的角度,緊緊圍繞著創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),從課程與資源兩個(gè)維度,探討了創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件的認(rèn)識(shí)問題和主體問題。同時(shí)也為后續(xù)創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件保障不足的表現(xiàn)、原因與對(duì)策的分析做了鋪墊。 第四章主要是闡述創(chuàng)造性人才培養(yǎng)的課程資源條件保障不足的各種表現(xiàn)與原因。對(duì)保障不足的各種表現(xiàn)主要是分大類進(jìn)行了分析探討與總結(jié)歸納,對(duì)導(dǎo)致保障不足的各種原因主要是從保障主體的視角進(jìn)行了深層次的分析研究與總結(jié)歸納。 第五章主要是針對(duì)前面分析的創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件保障不足的各種表現(xiàn)與原因,系統(tǒng)地、有針對(duì)性地提出了解決創(chuàng)造性課程資源條件保障不足的各種對(duì)策,并在理論與實(shí)際操作的層面上進(jìn)行了分析與論述。
