【摘要】：朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)是高校開展心理健康教育的重要形式,是發(fā)展大學(xué)生個(gè)性品質(zhì)的有效模式,是學(xué)生自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)的重要載體。當(dāng)前我國高校學(xué)生心理發(fā)展需求與專業(yè)心理咨詢提供能力不足的矛盾在短期內(nèi)難以得到根本性的解決,朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)為緩解這一矛盾提供了另類途徑。由于朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)是源于西方文化下的準(zhǔn)專業(yè)心理咨詢模式,我國高校開展朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)必將面臨著本土化問題。因此,將朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)建設(shè)與學(xué)生思想政治工作相結(jié)合,與學(xué)生自我教育自我服務(wù)相結(jié)合,與學(xué)校心理危機(jī)干預(yù)工作相結(jié)合,促進(jìn)學(xué)生共同成長成才。
[Abstract]:Peer psychological counseling is an important form of mental health education in colleges and universities, an effective model for the development of college students' personality quality, and an important carrier of students' self-education, self-management and self-service. At present, the contradiction between the psychological development needs of college students and the lack of professional psychological counseling ability can not be fundamentally solved in a short period of time. Peer psychological counseling provides an alternative way to alleviate this contradiction. Because peer psychological counseling is a quasi-professional psychological counseling model under western culture, the development of peer psychological counseling in colleges and universities in China will face the problem of localization. Therefore, the construction of peer psychological guidance is combined with students' ideological and political work, with students' self-education and self-service, and with the intervention of school psychological crisis, so as to promote students to grow into talents together.
