【摘要】：教育教學(xué)能力是教師順利完成教學(xué)任務(wù)所需的多種能力和個體特征的有機(jī)組合體。在教師教育教學(xué)能力的內(nèi)涵分析及其測評指標(biāo)體系建構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用萬維網(wǎng)技術(shù)平臺,采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,研發(fā)了具有強(qiáng)大數(shù)據(jù)收集和測評統(tǒng)計功能的教師教育教學(xué)能力網(wǎng)絡(luò)測評系統(tǒng),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步闡釋了此測評系統(tǒng)在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、教師培訓(xùn)和科學(xué)研究等三個方面的未來應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Education and teaching ability is an organic combination of various abilities and individual characteristics that teachers need to successfully complete their teaching tasks. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation of teacher's educational and teaching ability and the construction of its evaluation index system, this paper uses the platform of Web technology and the design of BES structure. This paper develops a network evaluation system of teacher education and teaching ability with powerful data collection and evaluation and statistics function, and further explains the development of this evaluation system in teachers' professional development on the basis of this. The future application value of teacher training and scientific research.
