促進(jìn)學(xué)生優(yōu)長(zhǎng)發(fā)展教育模式研究
[Abstract]:Excellent education is not only the internal requirement of the development of educational theory itself, but also the strong demand of the development of educational practice. It is also the demand of individual educational theory promotion and practical development of researchers. The research on the mode of excellent and long-term education is helpful to expand the subject scope of the basic theory research of education and enrich the ideological system of the reform and development of basic education. In practice, it is helpful for teachers and school administrators to provide the basis and reference for educational reform. First of all, on the basis of the theory of specialty education, the theory of excellence education and the theory of genius education, this study constructs the core theoretical system of the mode of excellence and education in the proper state. Furthermore, taking the educational model of northeast education school as the main research object, this paper analyzes the present situation, problems and self-solving countermeasures of the mode under the actual situation, and further summarizes the characteristics of the mode of cultivating talents. The main contents of this study are as follows: firstly, the author systematically combs and evaluates the theories of specialty education, genius education and talents education at home and abroad with the method of literature research, and clarifies the direction of the research. Second, establish the core theoretical content of the mode of excellence and long-term education. It includes defining excellent length, students' implicit and explicit excellent length, the concept of excellent and long-term education mode, extracting the core three elements of excellent-long-term education model, and analyzing in detail the relationship between the three constituent elements of the model and excellent-long-term education, and so on. Thirdly, under the guidance of the theory of excellence and long-term education model, this paper studies the mode of excellence and long-term education in northeast education schools with the methods of action research and case analysis. The first is the analysis of the current situation of the model, which mainly includes the purpose, content and method of the excellent and long-term education model in Northeast Education School. Secondly, the research on the problems of the model and the improvement of the countermeasures. At last, the author summarizes the characteristics of the model, and thinks that the internationalization development is the remarkable characteristic of the educational model of the northeast school of cultivating talents, which is reflected in the method, content and purpose of the model. Such as teaching methods, curriculum, teacher training and moral education. The main innovation of this study is to construct the theory of excellence and long-term education for the first time, which provides an analytical framework for the practice of related excellence and long-term education.
