【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立初期,為改變舊中國(guó)文盲占全國(guó)人口70%—80%的落后面貌,迅速提高全民族的教育文化水平,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨和人民政府采取各種措施,有計(jì)劃、有步驟地掃除文盲。截至1956年,掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)取得舉世矚目的巨大成就,全國(guó)近一億人脫盲,廣大人民群眾文化水平迅速提高。本刊從中央檔案館保存的有關(guān)檔案中,選發(fā)1952年到1956年中共中央關(guān)于掃除文盲工作的部分指示和決定,供研究參考。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Communist Party of China and the people's Government of China took various measures to eliminate illiteracy in a planned and step-by-step manner in order to change the backward situation of 70% to 80% of the country's population and rapidly improve the level of education and culture of the whole nation. By 1956, the literacy campaign had made great achievements in the world. Nearly 100 million people across the country had been freed from blindness, and the cultural level of the broad masses of people had rapidly improved. Part of the instructions and decisions of the CPC Central Committee on the eradication of illiteracy from 1952 to 1956 were selected and issued from the archives kept in the Central Archives for reference.
