新課程政策軟性部分執(zhí)行問題及出路

【摘要】:課程政策中存在硬性與軟性部分,前者的執(zhí)行相對(duì)容易,而后者的執(zhí)行與監(jiān)督就難于保證。新課程政策中的軟性部分沒有統(tǒng)一的執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且它們也恰好是教師們?nèi)菀椎种频牟糠。在未來的新課程政策實(shí)施過程中,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注后續(xù)政策中軟性部分的制定、政策工具的選擇以及學(xué)校層面的課程實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:There are hard and soft parts in curriculum policy, the former is relatively easy to execute, while the latter is difficult to guarantee. The soft parts of the new curriculum policy have no uniform implementation standards, and they are also easily resisted by teachers. In the course of the implementation of the new curriculum policy in the future, we should focus on the soft part of the follow-up policy, the choice of policy tools and the implementation of the curriculum at the school level.
