【摘要】：縣級(jí)教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中具有不可替代的地位和作用,是農(nóng)村教師發(fā)展最經(jīng)常、最基礎(chǔ)的支持部門。但目前縣級(jí)教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)存在一些問(wèn)題,其性質(zhì)與功能定位需要落實(shí),人力、財(cái)力等教師培訓(xùn)能力需要加強(qiáng),培訓(xùn)工作水平需要提升。因此,需要制定教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的辦學(xué)條件標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加大基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入力度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)縣級(jí)教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的整合與建設(shè),并針對(duì)農(nóng)村教師培訓(xùn)需求,提高培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量和專業(yè)化水平。
[Abstract]:County-level teacher training institutions play an irreplaceable role in the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers and are the most frequent and basic support departments for the development of rural teachers. However, at present, there are some problems in the county level teacher training institutions, whose nature and function need to be carried out, and the training ability of teachers, such as manpower and financial resources, should be strengthened, and the level of training work should be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the standards of the conditions for running a school for teacher training institutions, increase the investment in infrastructure and training funds, strengthen the integration and construction of teacher training institutions at the county level, and aim at the training needs of teachers in rural areas. Improve the quality and professionalism of training.
