【摘要】：目的:了解西寧市學(xué)齡兒童心理衛(wèi)生狀況。方法:于2008年以西寧市小學(xué)為總體樣本,隨機(jī)整群抽取兩所普通小學(xué)1～5年級(jí)學(xué)生900例作為調(diào)查對象。采用Rutter兒童行為量表(父母)問卷調(diào)查行為問題。結(jié)果:以Putter兒童行為量表(父母)問卷總分≥13分為行為問題陽性,共篩查出206例(27.0%),其中女生91例(11.9%),男生115例(15.1%)。有行為問題的兒童中,男生A行為明顯多于女童;女生N行為多于男童(χ2=11.772,P0.01)。多因素Logistie回歸分析顯示,父母文化程度低、伙伴關(guān)系不好、家庭暴力、親子關(guān)系不好、父母期望高與兒童行為問題發(fā)生密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論:西寧地區(qū)學(xué)齡兒童行為問題發(fā)生率較高,兒童行為問題是多因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。
