【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理是一種復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)，它是以項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)為一個(gè)整體臨時(shí)組織，以具體項(xiàng)目為對(duì)象，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的人力、物力、財(cái)力進(jìn)行有效的整合，達(dá)成預(yù)定目標(biāo)的創(chuàng)造性活動(dòng)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目屬于高科技、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目，提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平能夠帶來(lái)巨大的利益。本文旨在將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理知識(shí)應(yīng)用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目中。 本文在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等基本概念做了界定，探討了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的一般流程和方法，為全文提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。以山東M公司的教育多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目為例，探討了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的方法和技術(shù)，包括頭腦風(fēng)暴法、情景分析法、敏感度分析法等；總結(jié)了該項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在的問(wèn)題和不足。 本文針對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目建立了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，主要包括項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系中指標(biāo)的選取和指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定。指標(biāo)的選取采用了總結(jié)歸納法和專家意見(jiàn)法，指標(biāo)權(quán)重則是通過(guò)AHP法計(jì)算確定的。 在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了客觀評(píng)價(jià)，通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的分析，指出了該項(xiàng)目面臨的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和今后風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中需要加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。此外，本研究還提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略。 最后對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，概括了本研究的主要工作，并指出了本研究存在的局限和不足�？傊狙芯磕軌虼龠M(jìn)山東M公司項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平的提高，，能夠?yàn)轭愃祈?xiàng)目提供借鑒和參考，具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Project management is a complex system, it is a project team as a whole temporary organization, taking the specific project as the object, effective integration of the human, material and financial resources of the project, to achieve a predetermined goal of creative activities. The network platform project belongs to the high technology, the high risk project, the enhancement risk management level can bring the huge benefit. This paper aims to apply risk management knowledge to network platform projects. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper defines the basic concepts of risk and risk management, discusses the general process and methods of project risk management, and provides a solid theoretical basis for the full text. Taking the education multimedia network platform project of Shandong M Company as an example, this paper discusses the methods and techniques of project risk identification, including brainstorming, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, etc. The problems and shortcomings in risk management of the project are summarized. This paper establishes a project risk evaluation index system for specific projects, mainly including the selection of indicators and the determination of index weights in the project risk index system. The index is selected by summing up induction and expert opinion, and the index weight is determined by AHP method. Based on the evaluation index system of the project risk, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of the project objectively. The main risks faced by the project and the key points in the future risk management are pointed out. In addition, this research also proposed the corresponding risk management strategy. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, summarizes the main work, and points out the limitations and shortcomings of this study. In short, this study can promote the improvement of project risk management level of Shandong M Company, and can provide reference and reference for similar projects, which has certain practical significance and value.
