【摘要】：目的了解初一年級(jí)學(xué)生入學(xué)適應(yīng)與心理健康的跨時(shí)間變化并檢驗(yàn)兩者之間的因果關(guān)系,為了解初一年級(jí)學(xué)生心理健康及入校適應(yīng)規(guī)律提供依據(jù)。方法在入學(xué)后第2月及第1學(xué)年結(jié)束前1個(gè)月,分別對(duì)海南省國(guó)興中學(xué)87名初一學(xué)生的心理健康和學(xué)校適應(yīng)水平進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果學(xué)校適應(yīng)問(wèn)題在2個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn)上總體呈下降趨勢(shì),但僅在人際適應(yīng)方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),前、后測(cè)得的學(xué)校適應(yīng)之間無(wú)顯著相關(guān);心理健康狀況在2個(gè)時(shí)點(diǎn)上總體呈上升趨勢(shì),且在過(guò)敏傾向、身體癥狀和沖動(dòng)3個(gè)維度上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05),前、后測(cè)得的心理健康之間呈正相關(guān)。跨時(shí)間的相關(guān)分析顯示,學(xué)校適應(yīng)與心理健康呈正相關(guān)。多元回歸分析顯示,前測(cè)的心理健康可預(yù)測(cè)后測(cè)的學(xué)校適應(yīng)和心理健康。結(jié)論初一學(xué)生心理健康水平在個(gè)體身上可能具有跨時(shí)間的穩(wěn)定一致性,且可能作為原因變量影響個(gè)體的適應(yīng)行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cross-temporal changes of admission adaptation and mental health of junior high school students and to test the causal relationship between them so as to provide the basis for understanding the mental health and the rules of admission adaptation of junior high school students. Methods the mental health and school adaptability of 87 junior high school students from Guoxing Middle School in Hainan Province were measured in the second month after admission and one month before the end of the first school year. Results the problem of school adaptation showed a downward trend at two time points, but the difference was statistically significant only in interpersonal adaptation (P0.01). There was no significant correlation between pre-and post-test school adaptation. The mental health status showed a general upward trend at two time points, and there were significant differences in the three dimensions of allergy, physical symptoms and impulses (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the mental health measured before and after the test. Cross-time correlation analysis showed that school adaptation was positively correlated with mental health. Multiple regression analysis showed that pre-test mental health could predict school adaptation and mental health. Conclusion the mental health level of junior high school students may be stable and consistent across time in individuals, and may be used as a cause variable to influence individual adaptive behavior.
