云南迪慶州慈善學(xué)校發(fā)展研究（1978-2010）

【摘要】：改革開放三十多年來,云南省迪慶藏族自治州的慈善學(xué)校經(jīng)歷了一段默默耕耘卻成績不凡的發(fā)展歷程。本文聚焦于這一動態(tài)發(fā)展過程,試圖描繪出它們的真實(shí)生存狀態(tài),以期為外界更好地認(rèn)識、援助和研究它們提供它山之石,也為當(dāng)?shù)卮壬茖W(xué)校的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)有價值的意見。 根據(jù)不同的發(fā)展特征,迪慶州慈善學(xué)校三十多年來的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了醞釀期(1978-1996)、復(fù)興期(1997-2001)和發(fā)展期(2002-2010)。它們的主要成就集中體現(xiàn)在物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的夯實(shí)、教學(xué)與管理的完善、人物與精神的凝聚三方面。與此同時,本文認(rèn)為合法化不足、管理水平不高、志愿者流動過速是始終制約著慈善學(xué)校發(fā)展的三重困境,在分析這些問題的表現(xiàn)與成因的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出改善的建議。
[Abstract]:The charity school in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province has experienced a period of silent cultivation but remarkable achievements in the past 30 years of reform and opening up. This paper focuses on this dynamic development process and attempts to describe their real living conditions in order to provide valuable advice for the outside world to better understand, aid and study them, and to contribute to the development of local charity schools. According to different development characteristics, the development of Diqing Charities School in the past 30 years has experienced gestation period (1978-1996), Renaissance period (1997-2001) and Development period (2002-2010). Their main achievements are embodied in three aspects: the consolidation of material foundation, the perfection of teaching and management, and the agglomeration of characters and spirit. At the same time, the author thinks that the legalization is insufficient, the management level is not high, and the volunteer flow too fast is always restricting the development of charity schools, on the basis of analyzing the performance and causes of these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
