近視高中生的人格特征及心理狀況研究

【摘要】:目的了解近視高中生的人格特征及心理健康狀況,以有針對性地幫助其解決心理問題,指導(dǎo)其用眼衛(wèi)生。方法根據(jù)2010年開灤一中和開灤二中高中一年級學(xué)生健康體檢結(jié)果,選取近視學(xué)生143例為近視組;同時選取視力正常學(xué)生143例為對照組。采用自行設(shè)計的調(diào)查表調(diào)查學(xué)生一般人口學(xué)資料及視力情況;根據(jù)艾森克人格問卷各量表得分判定其人格類型;采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)判定其心理問題嚴(yán)重程度。結(jié)果兩組人格構(gòu)成比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=8.53,P0.05);對照組以性格外向型人格居多(77/143,53.8%),近視組以神經(jīng)質(zhì)型人格居多(73/143,51.0%)。近視組SCL-90總均分、陽性項目均分及陽性項目數(shù)均高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。近視組各因子得分均高于對照組,除軀體化以外差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。近視組各因子得分≥3分學(xué)生例數(shù)均多于對照組,但只有抑郁差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),余比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論近視高中生以神經(jīng)質(zhì)型人格居多,心理問題較視力正常學(xué)生嚴(yán)重,尤以抑郁情緒較為突出,應(yīng)該根據(jù)近視學(xué)生的人格特征及心理特點進(jìn)行正確引導(dǎo),為其消除疑惑,創(chuàng)造一個良好的生活和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the personality characteristics and mental health of myopic high school students, to help them solve psychological problems and to guide them to use eye hygiene. Methods according to the results of physical examination of first grade students in Kailuan No. 1 Middle School and Kailuan No. 2 Middle School in 2010, 143 myopic students were selected as myopia group and 143 normal vision students as control group. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general demographic data and visual acuity of the students; the personality types were determined according to the scores of Eysenck Personality questionnaire; and the severity of psychological problems was assessed by the symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results there was significant difference in personality composition between the two groups (蠂 2 / 8.53 P 0.05), whereas in the control group, the personality was extroverted (77%, 143%, 53.8%), and the most neurotic personality was in the myopia group (73 / 143, 51.0%). The total mean score of SCL-90, the average score of positive items and the number of positive items in myopia group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of all factors in myopia group were higher than those in control group, except somatization, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
