【摘要】：正幸福是人生的主題,只有感到幸福的人,其人生才是快樂(lè)和陽(yáng)光的。作為教師,同樣享有幸福的權(quán)利,而且教師的幸福在一定程度上也影響著學(xué)生的幸福。然而,研究顯示,教師的職業(yè)生活狀態(tài)不容樂(lè)觀,教師的幸福在逐步失落[1]。為此,筆者從教師角度研究、分析了蘇霍姆林斯基關(guān)于教師職業(yè)幸福的教育思想,以期為我國(guó)教師職業(yè)幸福的重建提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Positive happiness is the theme of life, only happy people, its life is happy and sunny. As teachers, they also enjoy the right to happiness, and the happiness of teachers also affects the happiness of students to some extent. However, research shows that teachers' professional life state is not optimistic, and teachers' happiness is gradually lost [1]. Therefore, the author analyzes Suhomlinski's educational thoughts on teachers' professional happiness from the perspective of teachers, in order to provide reference for the reconstruction of teachers' professional happiness in China.
