【摘要】：教育政策直接關(guān)系著整個教育過程,然而,在國家中心的話語模式和精英中心的決策模式下,公眾人在教育政策活動中缺失,教育政策成為國家統(tǒng)治的工具。政策科學(xué)視域中的教育政策帶給教育的是冷冰冰的政策,公眾人迷失于政策之中。走向教育學(xué)視域無疑是教育政策制定中公眾人回歸的一條可行性途徑。
[Abstract]:Education policy is directly related to the whole process of education. However, in the mode of discourse of the national center and the decision-making mode of the elite center, the public is missing in the educational policy activities, and the educational policy has become the tool of national domination. The educational policy in the field of policy science brings education a cold policy, and the public is lost in the policy. Moving to the field of pedagogy is undoubtedly a feasible way for the public to return in educational policy making.
